One of the world’s most popular cooking apples used for cider making, cultured 1860 in Boskoop, Netherlands. The apples originate from Fabian Friedli’s organic farm in Steinach, and are collected from untreated tall-stemmed orchards. They are fermented spontaneously using the ancestral method – no additives, no sulfates.
Bottle fermentation with wild yeasts.
