Bohnapfel

The “Grosser Rheinischer Bohnapfel” is a variety found in southern Germany as a chance seedling at the end of the 18. century. They are collected from untreated tall-stemmed trees and fermented spontaneously, using the Ancestral method – no additives, no sulfates.

Bottle fermentation with wild yeasts.
