A cuvée carefully blended from Berner Rose, Forellenreinette and wild apple (Malus Sylvestris). The wild apple trees grow in forestry gardens in the region “Berner Seeland” and are most probably the wild ancestor to our known cultured apples. The fruits originate from untreated tall-stemmed trees, and are spontaneously fermented using the ancestral method – no additives, no sulfates.
