Pure cider from the old winter variety “Glockenapfel”. This variety is considered one of the most acidic and polyphenol-rich dessert apples. This bottling was pressed from one single tree in Ortschwaben, BE, and fermented spontaneously using the ancestral method – no additives, no sulfates.

Bottle fermentation with wild yeasts.
