A rare variety with a high amount of acids and polyphenols, perfectly suitable for the production of cider. The fruits originate from over 80 years old, untreated tall-stemmed trees in Stehrenberg, TG. They are fermented spontaneously using the ancestral method – no additives, no sulfates.
