Sparkling pear cider made with the varieties Gelbmöstler, Knollbirne, Berner Wasser- and Oheimerbirne. The fruits originate from untreated tall-stemmed trees in Bern and Richental, LU and are fermented spontaneously using the ancestral method – no additives, no sulfates.
