Pure quince cider made with fruits from “Zehndermätteli” in Berne. The old tall-stemmed trees are part of a 4-hectare plantation that is cultivated according to the principles of permaculture and the circular economy. They are fermented spontaneously using the ancestral method – no additives, no sulfates.
Bottle fermentation with wild yeasts. Without added sulphur.
