Zierpflaume

Red Plum “Prunus cerasifera Nigra” is an ornamental tree, often found in parks and gardens around the city of Berne. By foraging the fruit, we prevent them from rotting unused on the city’s pavements. They are fermented spontaneously using the ancestral method – no additives, no sulfates.
