We make cider and fruit wines from 100% pure fruit, fermented with its natural yeasts and without additives.

We press a cider that can only be produced here from local varieties that we source from farmers in and around Bern.

After the fruits have been collected, crushed and pressed, the juice is left to ferment naturally in an initially open tank for three to four months. Each variety is fermented separately and bottled as a single variety or blended into a cuvée or mixed set.
